Broadcast your council, parliament or conference meeting
EasyCam was designed to ease the way you live stream or record your meetings. A fully automated camera control system automatically shows all active speakers. All information from the conference system, like voting results, attendance, current agenda item and more can be used to design your own custom overlaying. These powerful displaying features can be designed to be used for displays in the meeting room or for your audience in the live stream.
There is little or no hardware required to create a fully automated recording. We support IP cameras: control through Visca over IP and direct video ingestion through h.264 or h.265 streams. All video mixing and overlaying is managed in EasyCam, besides the graphical card there is no hardware involved.
Full automatic or manual dome control.
Direct video ingestion through RTSP stream, NDI sources or SDI capture cards.
Shows the full title and name of the speaker on screen.
Split-screen mode, to show more than one speaker simultaneously.
Multi-display output for clean-feed and a mosaic viewing.
Low-latency video-over-ip displaying. Up to 24 cameras operating @ 1080p60.
Full 4K support. Up to 6 camera’s @ 4k60 or 12 cameras @ 4k30 mode using our video-over-ip solution.
With our product EasyConf Connect you are able to allow participants of the meeting to join remotely, i.e. from home. We’ve created a seamless integration with the meeting room: EasyCam processes a remote participant in the same way as a speaker in the meeting room. They’re mixed into the broadcasted meeting as every other speaker: including name displaying, party logos and voting results. EasyCam handles it all, while it has powerful processing features. EasyCam also delivers many different video output possibilities, both for the meeting room and the remotely connected users. There are possibilities to switch views when required or to automate this based on events during the meeting. We can guarantee that all remote participants are looking at the same screen, making things easy and straightforward.
Validated video sources and PTZ cameras
EasyCam isn’t limited to be used with a specific camera brand. Instead, we like to support the camera you want to use. We have the opportunity to test and use several different cameras from different brands in our office. EasyCam can even mix camera models and control protocols in the same setup when required.
It’s not up to us to prefer a particular camera brand or model. We listed some of the cameras that we were able to (continuously) validate below. EasyCam reaches very low video over ip latency, to demonstrate this, we benchmarked different cameras. For the result we refer to this document.
Quality of control (Visca over IP) and the H.264 streams have been validated with the Lumens VC-A50P, VC-A61P and VC-A71P. Together with EasyCam, these have been used in many installations.
Quality of control (Visca over IP) and the H.264 and H.265 streams have been validated with the Avonic CM40-IP, CM73-IP and CM70-NDI in our office. Avonic and MVI have many common customers, leading to great integrated solutions!
Quality of control (Visca over IP) and the H.264 and H.265 streams have been validated with the Sony SRG-X400. A very nice 4K camera with great image quality.
Quality of control (Panasonic IP contol) and the H.264 stream have been validated with the Panasonic AW-HE40. Great image quality, fast PTZ drive.
Quality of control (Visca over IP) and the H.264 stream have been validated with the Everet EVP412. A 4k camera by a new dutch brand.
Quality of control (Visca over IP) and the H.264 stream have been validated with the Angekis Saber IP20x. Also the NDI version has been validated.
Quality of control (Visca over IP) and the H.264 stream have been validated with the Bosch AUTODOME 5000I. Perfect if you to like go around 360°!
The H.264 and H.265 stream coming from this PoE powered HDMI to IP encoder from Muxlab is ideal for ingesting video from a participants laptop, for example for presentations.
EasyCam can directly ingest NDI sources. We’ve validated the Kiloview N20 HDMI to NDI encoder. It’s PoE powered and therefore ideal to use as HDMI presentation source.
Image quality and latency have been validated for different Blackmagic Design DeckLink capture cards. Especially useful if you have SDI sources in your.
