EasyConf was designed to ease the way you prepare, control and manage your meetings. From a fully customizable control interface you have all tools available to run a discussion as smooth as you like. You have control over the conference system itself, but we also extend its features. It has very powerful features for agenda control, speech time control, voting control and identification. All from a single freely designable control interface, that can be tailored to your needs.

The integration with Bosch means that EasyConf knows all about where a delegate sits, what votes are casted, which microphones or pressed and so forth. All information can be displayed as you like and all conference system features can be controlled from the same customizable interface.

EasyConf completely integrates with all conference systems designed and manufactured by Bosch. So whether you’re using or selling a Bosch conference system, you can enjoy all features of EasyConf.

Ease the way you run online meetings

EasyConf Connect extends the possibilities of the conference system in a unique way: it allows the delegate to join the meeting hosted by the conference system with their own device. It simply turns the iPad or laptop of the delegate into a virtual conference device that can be used to join the meeting remotely. All existing features as described above are still applicable.

EasyConf Connect is an extension on EasyConf and seamlessly integrates with EasyCam. It allows for perfect hybrid or full digital (council) meetings. Available for all Bosch conference systems!
